Our journey was started from a basement room back in 2007 and formalized as Braindigit in March 2008. Initiated as an outsourcing, we later became a product based company and focused on B2B market segment. Despite various challenging in early phase, the company formed a very strong team and led the development towards global standard and recognition. Currently, the company has a team of over 100 professionals working full-time.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts.
- Update internal databases with new hire information
- Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
- Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
Skills and Knowledge Requirements
- Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
